Who is Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate?

Real Estate Referral Rebate, Inc. is a Nevada corporation d/b/a “Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate,” with its corporate offices located in Troy, MI. Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate is a licensed real estate broker. Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate is not an agent of either you, the consumer, or any participating bank, lender or loan broker. Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate’s services are administrative and consultative only. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which approved real estate broker suits your needs. You are under no obligation to use Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate to commence the financing process through one of our approved lenders, and Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate does not guarantee that completing a loan request will result in your receiving a loan from one of our lenders.

When you apply for a pre-approval, this is NOT an application for credit. Rather, it is a request for a loan pre-approval. You may have to complete an application with one of our lenders before they will extend an unconditional loan offer to you. The lender you select may require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of an appraisal or various other items. Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate does not charge you, the consumer, any fees for its services. Federal Disclosures

Your loan request will be forwarded to one of the lenders on the Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate network, and these lenders may make certain disclosures to you. These disclosures, which are required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and certain other federal and state laws, include details of your cost of credit; good faith estimates of your settlement costs; HUD mandated booklets “Guide to Settlement Costs” and/or “When your Home is on the Line”; notices concerning the possibility that your mortgage loan servicing may be transferred; and your right to a copy of any appraisal, if any, performed on your home. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. The federal agency that administers compliance with this law is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, DC 20580.

General Program Disclosures

The services on this site are administered by Real Estate Referral Rebate Corporation, d/b/a “Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate,” located at 1475 W. Big Beaver, Suite 110, Troy, MI 48084. Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate does not list or sell homes. All Real Estate Referral Rebate Corporation required licenses are held in the name of “Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate.”

The amount of the cash back rebate is based on a standard 6% real estate commission, split evenly between the listing and selling broker. Programs may be available on modified terms in certain areas, and availability of services may vary by region or state. Individuals must be working with an approved real estate agent within the Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate network at the time of closing; otherwise applicant is not eligible for the cash back rebates. Rebates are only available to those who use a Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate network real estate agent to buy or sell their home.  Individuals must have been connected with the real estate agent through the Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate program to be eligible for cash back rebates.  Certain states, including AL, OR and TN, require that cash rebates be given as either a credit at closing or as a reduction of the real estate commission.  Rebates are currently not available in AK, IA, LA, MS, NJ, KS, OK, MO, and WV.  However, customers in these states are encouraged to use the Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate network and take advantage of the various other services it has to offer.  Other restrictions may apply, and rebate amounts are subject to change.  Rebates are mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after closing, in most instances.

Consent For Electronic Disclosures Under The Electronic Signatures In Global And National Commerce Act

Introduction. You are submitting a request for a loan pre-approval or a real estate referral form (hereinafter, a "Request") through Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate. For purposes of this consent, "Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate" means Real Estate Referral Rebate Corporation. Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate can only give you the benefits of our service by conducting its business through the Internet. In order to do this, we need you to consent to our giving you certain disclosures electronically. This document informs you of your rights when receiving legally required disclosures, notices and information ("Disclosures") from Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate and the banks, lenders, loan brokers and real estate professionals to whom your Request is submitted. By completing and submitting a Request through Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate, you acknowledge receipt of this document and consent to the electronic delivery of such Disclosures.

Electronic Communications. Any Disclosures related to your Request will be provided to you electronically through the Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate Web site. However, if you wish to obtain a paper copy of any of the Disclosures, you may write to Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate, Disclosure Request, 1475 W. Big Beaver, Suite 110, Troy, MI 48084 with the details of your request. Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge.

Consenting to Do Business Electronically. Before you decide to do business electronically with Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate, you should consider whether you have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.

Scope of Consent. Your consent to receive Disclosures and to do business electronically, and our agreement to do so, only applies to this Request. You will receive Disclosures from Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate, and you may also receive Disclosures and other communications from our participating lenders, moving companies or real estate professionals. After your Request is transmitted to one or more of our participating lenders, moving companies or real estate professionals, and after you decide to continue to pursue your Request, then you and the lender, moving company or real estate professional should discuss how subsequent Disclosures will be delivered.

Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you will need to use the following computer software and hardware: Internet Explorer 4.0 or above, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above or equivalent software; and hardware capable of running this software.

Withdrawing Consent. Because Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate will provide the Disclosures to you instantaneously, you will not be able to withdraw your consent to do business electronically with Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate. However, you may withdraw your consent to do business electronically with our participating lenders, moving companies or real estate professionals at no cost to you. You may do so by contacting the lender, moving company or real estate professional at the mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number they provide with their offer. If you decide to withdraw your consent, the legal validity and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures will not be affected.

Changes to Your Contact Information. You should keep us informed of any change in your electronic or mailing address. You may contact Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebate Customer Service toll free at 1-66-950-9090, or by email at info@realestatereferralrebate.com regarding any such changes.

YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES. BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CAN ACCESS THE ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES IN THE DESIGNATED FORMATS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

CONSENT. BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, YOU CONSENT TO HAVING ALL DISCLOSURES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN ELECTRONIC FORM AND TO DOING BUSINESS WITH REFER YOURSELF REAL ESTATE REBATE ELECTRONICALLY.
