The Real Estate Rebate process can be summarized
   in three simple steps:
  1. You contact Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebates, and we connect you with a qualified, top-performing REALTOR ® in your area.

(It’s FREE to register and there is NO obligation)

  2. You buy or sell your home with the REALTOR ®.

  3. When you close on your home, the REALTOR ® pays Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebates a referral fee, then we give you most of that fee – up to 1% of the home’s selling price.

Where Does The Money Come From?

In the real estate business, Realtors refer buyers and sellers to each other and receive a referral fee. This fee comes out of the commission the Realtors receive, and it is a common practice in the industry.

How we do things differently is we let you refer yourself to Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebates, when you want to buy or sell a house. We then refer you to an approved real estate broker in the area that you want to buy or sell a house. The broker agrees to pay Refer Yourself Real Estate Rebates a referral fee, and we pass the majority of the fee on to you; we keep a small portion of the referral fee to cover our expenses.

In order for you to receive a referral fee, you simply agree to use our referral service and work with a REALTOR ® within our referring network. You are essentially being paid for buying or selling your home. It’s legitimate. It’s legal. And it really is that simple.

QUALITY AGENT GUARANTEE:

Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the REALTOR ® you were originally assigned to, we will refer you to another qualified and experienced agent immediately.

We work with nationally approved real estate brokers who have agreed to pay Real Estate Referral Rebate Corporation a referral fee. The rebate is a proportion of their Real Estate commission.
